2020 Virtual Conference Registration

PLEASE NOTE: June 25th is free for all Association members to attend! Those interested in registering for this free day ONLY will have a separate registration link provided at a later date- please stay tuned! Those registering for the full conference will have access to all virtual events, including June 25th, by registering as usual (click the above button) with no additional action needed.

 
2020 Virtual Conference Pricing:

Members: $100 (USD)*

Non-Members: $150 (USD)*

*After June 19th, this pricing increases to $125 (USD) for Members and $175 (USD) for Non-Members.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The above pricing is per person and includes access to all virtual sessions and presentations ocurring over all five days of the virtual conference as well as to the recorded sessions after the fact (see below for more information). We ask that individual staff at our member organizations use the honor system and purchase a registration for themselves alone and avoid sharing access with fellow colleagues who have not paid to attend. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in these efforts.

 
2020 Virtual Conference Information and Policies 

Refund and Cancellation Policy:  
All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing to the American Public Gardens Association.

REFUND SCHEDULE:

5/25/2020-6/24/2020: The Association will refund registration fees less a $25 processing fee. 

After 6/25/2020: There are NO REFUNDS available after the conference starts. Since all registrants will have access to recorded sessions after the conference, there will be no refunds given for technical difficulties encountered during the conference’s livestreams.

Discounted Rates: 
Membership: Join the Association today and take advantage of conference discounts. For membership information, please contact Jamie Recio, Member Development Manager, at 610.708.3014 or jrecio@publicgardens.org. (To receive the discounted rates, membership dues must be received with or prior to your registration.) 

Can I Buy a One Day Pass?  
The 2020 Virtual Conference only accommodates full registrations, and we are unable to offer one day passes. June 25th, our free day for all Association Members to attend, is the only single-day option we currently offer.

Will I Receive Access to the Session Recordings? 
Yes, registrants of the Virtual Conference will receive free access to session recordings after the conference.
